About Lyon Ranch
Lyon Ranch Therapy Animals is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, located in Sonoma, which focuses on animal outreach and rehabilitation. The ranch and program are currently under the leadership of Lynette Lyon (CEO), Rebecca Kopel (Biologist), and Kellen McCallister (Operations Manager).
Our team travels to schools, hospitals, summer camps, museums, television shows, corporate events, and anywhere else that welcomes animals and a love of science/nature. The knowledge, experience, and dedication to the animals from the team at Lyon Ranch has produced an exceptional program unlike any other. Each presentation or appearance is customized for the audience in order to create an impactful experience.
There are many animals that call Lyon Ranch home, and a few of the ones who enjoy human interaction have become Animal Ambassadors in our outreach and therapy work. For the animals who don’t enjoy meeting people, Lyon Ranch serves as a refuge to these rescue animals in Sonoma county and beyond.

Meet Dolores
Dolores has a few problems with her legs, including a broken bone that was set wrong, and a lot of arthritis.
Dolores is otherwise healthy and deserves to thrive whilst living out the rest of her life. We are fundraising to purchase a custom wheelchair for Dolores which would give her the utmost quality of life. Please donate if you can and help spread the word that Dolores needs help getting back on her hooves again.
